All valid booking requests must be made through our website or directly with a member of our team.

Payments regarding the treks must be made through direct correspondence with a team member. Currently, no online payment option is available.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining amount should be settled before the trek commences. Payment information will be given once the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, you will receive a full refund, less a nominal documentation fee.

Payments will be processed less the stated cancellation fee if the trip is canceled within 30 days of departure.

Changes to Itinerary

In the event of unforeseen events, such as weather issues or natural calamities, we retain the right to alter the agenda. We will notify you promptly and make every effort to minimize any inconvenience.

Health and Fitness

All trekkers must be in good overall health and adequately fit for their selected trek. You must seek the advice of a medical professional before any trek if you will engage in trekking at these altitudes.

Responsible behavior, including following the guide’s orders, is expected during the trek. You understand that misconduct, such as violating local laws, may lead to immediate expulsion from the trek without a refund.
